Processing Time: 1–2 days (Mon–Fri).

Transport Time: 6–9 days (Mon–Fri).

Total Delivery Time (USA): 7–11 working days

Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS

Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders.

You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped. Track your package on our tracking page.

Return Period: 30 days from receipt.

Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging.

Procedure: Contact support@merlucii.com to initiate return. We will provide the return address.

Return Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Use trackable shipping recommended.

Defective Products: We replace defective items free of charge if reported and returned within 30 days.

Exchanges: Allowed within 30 days for unused items.

Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after inspection. Refund issued to original payment method.

Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.

Accepted Cards: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX

Security: All transactions are encrypted for your protection.

Approved orders are confirmed by email. Declined card statements will automatically cancel the order.
